Service Description
This heart box workshop is a great way to kick off your Valentine's Day! Come solo or with a friend, family member or significant other to do something festive, creative and fun! This beginner-friendly class is a great introduction to working with clay and learning about different hand building, slab and texture techniques. With a limited class size, each student will receive personalized attention and support from our lovely instructor and potter Melody from Melody B Pottery. After your heart box is completed and dried, it will be kiln fired and ready for glaze. You can come back to our Glaze Room (any time during open hours!) to glaze your box however you'd like using our wide selection of glazes. Then, the piece will be fired for a second time, turning into its final waterproof form. Class registration fee includes all clay and glaze materials, tools and instruction. *NOTE: This class is for adults and teens 16 and older.

Cancellation Policy
Planning and material costs require us to collect prepayment to reserve your spot. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class will receive a credit on account to use towards future Whimsy services of your choosing. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class will be non-refundable; however, if we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist, your registration fee will be placed on your account for future use.
