GARDEN POSTS & BOOK BRICKS

Service Description

Join our lovely artist and instructor Jeanne for this creative and fun workshop where you'll paint either a wooden post or brick to display in your garden this spring, summer and fall! During the class, you'll paint your post (4"x4"x2ft) or brick (9"x6"x2") using acrylic paints. You will have access to a variety of stencils, tape, sponges and brushes to create your design. If you choose to paint a book brick and would like to paint a specific book, we will provide you with a carbon tracing paper of the cover. This workshop allows for a lot of personal creativity and inspiration, and Jeanne will be there to help with tips and ideas to achieve the design you're after. Registration fee includes all preparation/priming, materials and supplies for EITHER one brick or one wooden post. All posts and bricks will be sealed and weather-proofed after completion. *NOTE: PLEASE INDICATE IN YOUR REGISTRATION WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAINT A WOODEN POST OR BRICK. IF YOU'D LIKE TO PAINT A SPECIFIC BOOK FOR YOUR BRICK, PROVIDE THE TITLE OF THE BOOK AS WELL. **This class is for adults and teens 16+.
